HEALTHY BREAKFAST SANDWICH Eggs – 3 Bread – 4 slices Milk – 2 tbsp Onion Capsicum Carrot Green chilli Chilli flakes – to taste Coriander leaves Garam masala – ¼ tbsp Salt – to taste Oil Hi friends, today I am here with an easy and very healthy breakfast recipe, which is a bread sandwich.. First, let’s prepare the egg mixture for the recipe. Into a large bowl, combine three whole eggs, 2 tablespoons of milk, finely chopped capsicum, carrot,onion, green chilies, coriander leaves and season it with some salt to taste, some chilli flakes to taste and ¼ tablespoon of garam masala.. whisk these ingredients until well combined and set aside. Next, heat a pan and grease it with some oil and toast four slices of bread until golden and crisp on one side.. You may cut off the brown sides of the bread if you prefer. When one side of the bread is golden and crisp, flip the bread to the other side

and drizzle some extra oil on the sides and pour the egg mixture on top of the slices of bread and leave it to cook on a medium to low flame, with a lid closed.. else the bread will burn from the bottom.. Leave it closed for around 2 mins so that the eggs can cook. When once it is done, we need to flip it over and cook on the other side as well.. I am going to flip the entire thing onto a plate and then carefully transfer back to the pan so that it doesn’t break. I am going to grease the pan with some extra oil before transferring, to cook the other side.. When it’s done on both the sides, transfer to a serving plate, cut and serve hot.. You can also sprinkle some grated cheese on top if you like..
