Snacking at Night?… It can sometimes RUIN your fat loss goals.
We get this question a lot:
“What is the BEST thing to snack on late at night when I have cravings for something sweet, salty or crunchy but trying to lose weight?”
Our metabolisms are slowest at night. Which means these are the hours when we need to be extra cautious about dumping in a lot of excess unnecessary calories. BUT it’s also the hardest time to avoid temptation because we are in a relaxed state, tired from a long day of work, and our will-power is at it’s lowest.
I wanted to offer you my favorite 3 options for late night snacking so that you’ll have choices when those cravings hit.
