HI BBY! Today I’m showing you a bilingual what I eat in a day (where I speak Spanish and English) plus lots of realistic healthy meals and recipes! We’re also going surfing in Mexico (I live in Los Cabos) as well as going through a typical day in the life here 🙂 Vegan Brownie Protein Bar Recipe: 1 cup almond flour 1/4 cup protein powder 1/2 cup almond butter 1/3 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1/4 cup almond milk Mix all ingredients, press into a pan lined with
