Instant Idly recipe | Instant Spicy Corn meal Idli | healthy south Indian breakfast Ingredients: Corn Kernels – 1 cup (crushed) Curd – 1 cup Chopped Coriander leaves Onion – 1 (chopped) Chana Dal – 1 tsp Urad Dal – 1 tsp Curry Leaves (few chopped) Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp Green Chilli, chopped Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp carrot, grated – 1/4 cup Salt to taste ginger, chopped Oil – 2 tbsp Preparation Method: 1. Heat oil in a pan and then add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, chana dal, urad dal. When it starts crackling then add curry leaves and dry green chilli and ginger. 2. Then add chopped onions into it and saute it for 1-2 minutes. 3. Add Corn Rava and saute for 2 minutes. Then add grated carrot and mix well for about a minute. 4. Turn off the flame and allow it to cool. 5. In a mixing bowl

add the prepared mixture. Then add salt, baking soda – 1/4 tsp, whisked curd – 1 cup, chopped coriander and give a good mix. 6. Rest for 20 minutes. 7. Add water if required, to adjust the consistency. 8. Boil water in a steamer and grease the idli moulds with little oil. Pour the mixture into the idli moulds and steam it for 10 minutes. 9. Allow it to cool down a while before unmoulding. 10. Our super delicious Corn Rava Idli is ready to serve! 11.
