Ep 7: A Tiramisu, my way! And a fab banana and coconut flan! On #lazysundaywithsabrina Recipe 1: Tiramisu w mangoes and honey In clear pyrex , place a layer of graham cracker bits. Then mix together 4 cups of cream w 9 tbsp wild honey. Then pour a little at a time over first graham layer. Repeat 2 nd layer and do the same. Then in 3rd layer slice some ripe mangoes and layer over cream . Repeat Graham’s , then cream then mangoes. The in a bowl mix together 1 tsp mccormick cinammon , 1/2 tsp allspice , 2 tsp chocolate powder and 1/2 tsp ground coffee. Pour into sifter and sift over mango n cream subtly . Repeat layering process and finally top of w last layer of mangoes and sifted combo! Place into freezer and enjoy in minutes!!! Recipe 2: banana coconut milk flan Caramel

bottom :In thick pot place 1/4 cup sugar w 2 tbsp hot water . Mix well , then turn on heat to medium , and let caramelise. Once brown and thick , turn off heat . If sugar solids appear , just add a little water and mix again w heat till caramelised. Add about 1/2 cup of sliced bananas into hot caramel . Set aside and let cool. Then in bowl mix together 4 eggs w 2 cups freshly squeezed coconut milk( you may substitute w goats or regular milk ) Add 6 tbsp wild honey. Add 1 tsp mccormick vanilla and 1 tsp nutmeg . Mix together well then pour into cooked caramel . Place onto tray w some water then into oven , at 130 c and let bake for 1 hour. Remove, let cool, then place a dish over pot and carefully flip over!
