I just wanted to show you guys what my go to lunch has been lately. Like i said in the video, i’ve been super busy lately so i’ve been alll about the easy to make meals. This particular recipe has a high protein to low carb ratio and it only takes me around 15-20 mins max, hence why i’ve been gravitating towards it a lot lately. The veggies shown in the video usually allow me to make around 4 lunches which is enough

for my school week but you can always cut a couple extra tomatoes and bell peppers to make it last a few extra days. Let me know if you would like to see more Easy to make healthy meal ideas! Items used / Recipe: – 450 grams of lean ground beef – 1 Tomato – 1 Bell Pepper – 1 Onion – 1 head of Lettuce – Taco Seasoning – Marble/ Chedder cheese – Salsa – Greek Yogurt / Sour Cream / Tzikiki ^ Those are pretty much the basics but I do also like to add: – Black/Brown Beans – Corn – Avocado9 – Nacho/Tortilla chips (when i’m feelin extraa) 1) Thaw beef 2) Cut Veggies 3) Cook beef until Brown (7-10 min on medhigh heat) 4) Add Taco Seasoning + 1/3 cup of water sometimes ill add more water just depends (cook for additional 3 mins) 5) Plate lettuce, tomato, peppers, onions and beef, 6) Sprinkle w/ cheese + Add Salsa & Greek Yogurt 7) ENJOY! ● FOR ALL BUSINESS INQUIRIES: Temiojo@hotmail.com FTC: All items were purchased by or gifted to me and all opinions are my own
