In today’s video I am sharing with you some healthy lunch ideas for school and healthy lunches recipe for school! these healthy school lunches are simple and yummy and make a great meal prep 🙂 if you want more meal prep check out my last meal prep video with nikki phillippi ! Paleo Pad Thai 1.5 cups cooked protein (chicken, beef) 2 cloves of garlic 2 large sweet potatoes (spiralized) 1/2 cup cashews 1 tbsp sesame oil 2 eggs Sauce the noodles a few minutes (5-6 minutes) and then set aside Sauce: 1/4 cup almond butter 2 tbsp coconut aminos 1 tbsp fish sauce 1 tbsp rice vinegar (or white) juice of half a lime Mushroom Caps Cashew Ricotta: 1 cups cashews (soaked overnight or for 1-2 hours in boiling water) juice of 1/2 lemon 2 tbsp almond milk 1-2 cloves garlic 2 mushroom caps handful spinach
