onion -1 jar salsa -1 pkt taco seasoning -2cups stock (can use vegetable stock) -1 avocado, chopped PIZZA WRAPS -1 wrap -Pizza sauce -Handful of ham (or meat alternative) -Handful of cheese (or vegan cheese) -Handful sliced capsicum COOKIE DOUGH YOGHURT -170g yoghurt (can use coconut yoghurt) -1tablespoon peanut butter -1tablespoon honey (or agave nectar) -1/2teaspoon vanilla extract -1/4teaspoon almond extract -Choc-chips to finish FRUIT SKEWERS (You can use any of your favourite fruits!) -Watermelon -Strawberries -Pineapple -Wooden skewers
