SPROUTED TOFU SANDWICH – HEALTHY LUNCH IDEAS


Alina Z shows how to prepare an easy recipe – Sprouted Tofu Sandwich that actually tastes good! 1 Slice of Ezekiel Bread 1 Block of Sprouted Tofu 1/4 Avocado, Sliced 1-2 Teaspoons Soy-Free Vegenaise 1 Handful of Broccoli Sprouts (Optional) 4-5 Thin Organic Pickle Rounds 1 Leaf of Romaine Lettuce Slice sprouted tofu into wide, thin strips to resemble cold-cuts. Spread Vegenaise on a slice of bread, and place tofu on top. Add avocado, pickles and sprouts. Cover with Romaine Lettuce and the second slice of bread. Enjoy! * Collard Leafs can be used instead of bread for this sandwich. * Hummus can be substituted for sprouted tofu.
